Our embroidery designs are manually digitized. We do not auto-digitize anything. All designs are digitized with Original Artwork. Artwork may not be copied or changed and used in any way. Should you resize the designs or edit them, these changes are done at your own risk. Any changes to the designs can cause them not to stitch out correctly. Changed designs are still under our copyright and are bound by the limitations listed below.

Basically, Any pattern pre-1964 that the copyrights have not been renewed are public domain. Any pattern pre-1978 that does not have the copyright statement on it is public domain. I have done research on all the patterns and have not found any renewals on the copyrights.
